Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ohseltr.dll 3.3.0.1.2
2.Extract ohseltr.dll 3.3.0.1.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ohseltr.dll 3.3.0.1.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ohseltr.dll 3.3.0.1.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ohseltr.dll 3.3.0.1.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ohseltr.dll 3.3.0.1.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ohseltr.dll 3.3.0.1.2 and press Enter.
