Using the zip or rar file
1.Download okml9res.dll
2.Extract okml9res.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract okml9res.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting okml9res.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract okml9res.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place okml9res.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 okml9res.dll and press Enter.
