Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oldata.dll 11.00.0716
2.Extract oldata.dll 11.00.0716 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oldata.dll 11.00.0716 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oldata.dll 11.00.0716.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oldata.dll 11.00.0716 to your system directory. By default, this is:
