Ole32ws.dll is part of a trojan/downloader. The file includes a txt-file, with instructions, how to get rid of the problem.

Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ole32ws.dll
2.Extract ole32ws.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ole32ws.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ole32ws.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ole32ws.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ole32ws.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ole32ws.dll and press Enter.
