Using the zip or rar file
1.Download omtsrecoevntf.dll 9.0.0.0
2.Extract omtsrecoevntf.dll 9.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract omtsrecoevntf.dll 9.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting omtsrecoevntf.dll 9.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract omtsrecoevntf.dll 9.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place omtsrecoevntf.dll 9.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 omtsrecoevntf.dll 9.0.0.0 and press Enter.
