Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oomsg.dll 8.5.22.104
2.Extract oomsg.dll 8.5.22.104 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oomsg.dll 8.5.22.104 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oomsg.dll 8.5.22.104.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oomsg.dll 8.5.22.104 to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oomsg.dll 8.5.22.104 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oomsg.dll 8.5.22.104 and press Enter.
