Using the zip or rar file
1.Download openfiles.exe 6.1.7600.16385
2.Extract openfiles.exe 6.1.7600.16385 from .zip. We recommend that you extract openfiles.exe 6.1.7600.16385 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting openfiles.exe 6.1.7600.16385.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract openfiles.exe 6.1.7600.16385 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place openfiles.exe 6.1.7600.16385 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 openfiles.exe 6.1.7600.16385 and press Enter.
