Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oraansi.dll 3.11.0.0.0
2.Extract oraansi.dll 3.11.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oraansi.dll 3.11.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oraansi.dll 3.11.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oraansi.dll 3.11.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oraansi.dll 3.11.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oraansi.dll 3.11.0.0.0 and press Enter.
