Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oracleadnetconnectrcus.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract oracleadnetconnectrcus.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oracleadnetconnectrcus.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oracleadnetconnectrcus.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oracleadnetconnectrcus.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oracleadnetconnectrcus.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oracleadnetconnectrcus.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
