Using the zip or rar file
1.Download orageneric9.dll 9.2.0.4
2.Extract orageneric9.dll 9.2.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract orageneric9.dll 9.2.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting orageneric9.dll 9.2.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract orageneric9.dll 9.2.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place orageneric9.dll 9.2.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 orageneric9.dll 9.2.0.4 and press Enter.
