Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oraimr9.dll 0.0.0.0
2.Extract oraimr9.dll 0.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oraimr9.dll 0.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oraimr9.dll 0.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oraimr9.dll 0.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oraimr9.dll 0.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oraimr9.dll 0.0.0.0 and press Enter.
