Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oraldapclnt9.dll 9.2.0.4
2.Extract oraldapclnt9.dll 9.2.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oraldapclnt9.dll 9.2.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oraldapclnt9.dll 9.2.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oraldapclnt9.dll 9.2.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oraldapclnt9.dll 9.2.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oraldapclnt9.dll 9.2.0.4 and press Enter.
