Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oramtsf.dll 9.0.0.0
2.Extract oramtsf.dll 9.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oramtsf.dll 9.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oramtsf.dll 9.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oramtsf.dll 9.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oramtsf.dll 9.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oramtsf.dll 9.0.0.0 and press Enter.
