Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oran9.dll 9.2.0.4
2.Extract oran9.dll 9.2.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oran9.dll 9.2.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oran9.dll 9.2.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oran9.dll 9.2.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oran9.dll 9.2.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oran9.dll 9.2.0.4 and press Enter.
