Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oranbeq9.dll 9.2.0.4
2.Extract oranbeq9.dll 9.2.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oranbeq9.dll 9.2.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oranbeq9.dll 9.2.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oranbeq9.dll 9.2.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oranbeq9.dll 9.2.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oranbeq9.dll 9.2.0.4 and press Enter.
