Using the zip or rar file
1.Download orancds9.dll 9.2.0.4
2.Extract orancds9.dll 9.2.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract orancds9.dll 9.2.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting orancds9.dll 9.2.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract orancds9.dll 9.2.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place orancds9.dll 9.2.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 orancds9.dll 9.2.0.4 and press Enter.
