Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oranipc8.dll 8.1.7.0.0
2.Extract oranipc8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oranipc8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oranipc8.dll 8.1.7.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oranipc8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oranipc8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oranipc8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 and press Enter.
