Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oranmsp.dll 8.1.7.0.0
2.Extract oranmsp.dll 8.1.7.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oranmsp.dll 8.1.7.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oranmsp.dll 8.1.7.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oranmsp.dll 8.1.7.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oranmsp.dll 8.1.7.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oranmsp.dll 8.1.7.0.0 and press Enter.
