Using the zip or rar file
1.Download orannts8.dll 8.1.7.0.0
2.Extract orannts8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract orannts8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting orannts8.dll 8.1.7.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract orannts8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place orannts8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 orannts8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 and press Enter.
