Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oranrad9.dll 9.2.0.4
2.Extract oranrad9.dll 9.2.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oranrad9.dll 9.2.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oranrad9.dll 9.2.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oranrad9.dll 9.2.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oranrad9.dll 9.2.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oranrad9.dll 9.2.0.4 and press Enter.
