Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oransgr8.dll 8.1.7.0.0
2.Extract oransgr8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oransgr8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oransgr8.dll 8.1.7.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oransgr8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oransgr8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oransgr8.dll 8.1.7.0.0 and press Enter.
