Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oransgr9.dll 9.2.0.4
2.Extract oransgr9.dll 9.2.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oransgr9.dll 9.2.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oransgr9.dll 9.2.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oransgr9.dll 9.2.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oransgr9.dll 9.2.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oransgr9.dll 9.2.0.4 and press Enter.
