Using the zip or rar file
1.Download orantcps9.dll 9.2.0.4
2.Extract orantcps9.dll 9.2.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract orantcps9.dll 9.2.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting orantcps9.dll 9.2.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract orantcps9.dll 9.2.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place orantcps9.dll 9.2.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 orantcps9.dll 9.2.0.4 and press Enter.
