Using the zip or rar file
1.Download orasql9.dll 9.2.0.3
2.Extract orasql9.dll 9.2.0.3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract orasql9.dll 9.2.0.3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting orasql9.dll 9.2.0.3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract orasql9.dll 9.2.0.3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place orasql9.dll 9.2.0.3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 orasql9.dll 9.2.0.3 and press Enter.
