Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oravpxdba.dll 9.2.0.0.0
2.Extract oravpxdba.dll 9.2.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oravpxdba.dll 9.2.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oravpxdba.dll 9.2.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oravpxdba.dll 9.2.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oravpxdba.dll 9.2.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oravpxdba.dll 9.2.0.0.0 and press Enter.
