Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oravsn9.dll 9.2.0.4
2.Extract oravsn9.dll 9.2.0.4 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oravsn9.dll 9.2.0.4 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oravsn9.dll 9.2.0.4.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oravsn9.dll 9.2.0.4 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oravsn9.dll 9.2.0.4 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oravsn9.dll 9.2.0.4 and press Enter.
