Using the zip or rar file
1.Download osuninst.dll
2.Extract osuninst.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract osuninst.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting osuninst.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract osuninst.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place osuninst.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 osuninst.dll and press Enter.
