Using the zip or rar file
1.Download otxpersist.dll 2.03.001
2.Extract otxpersist.dll 2.03.001 from .zip. We recommend that you extract otxpersist.dll 2.03.001 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting otxpersist.dll 2.03.001.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract otxpersist.dll 2.03.001 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place otxpersist.dll 2.03.001 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 otxpersist.dll 2.03.001 and press Enter.
