Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oudetect.dll 11.0.6303
2.Extract oudetect.dll 11.0.6303 from .zip. We recommend that you extract oudetect.dll 11.0.6303 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oudetect.dll 11.0.6303.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oudetect.dll 11.0.6303 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oudetect.dll 11.0.6303 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oudetect.dll 11.0.6303 and press Enter.
