Using the zip or rar file
1.Download outscres.dll 8,0,0,142
2.Extract outscres.dll 8,0,0,142 from .zip. We recommend that you extract outscres.dll 8,0,0,142 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting outscres.dll 8,0,0,142.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract outscres.dll 8,0,0,142 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place outscres.dll 8,0,0,142 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 outscres.dll 8,0,0,142 and press Enter.
