Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OGCS.dll
2.Extract OGCS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OGCS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OGCS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OGCS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OGCS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OGCS.dll and press Enter.
