Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Oasis.Utilities.dll
2.Extract Oasis.Utilities.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Oasis.Utilities.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Oasis.Utilities.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Oasis.Utilities.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Oasis.Utilities.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Oasis.Utilities.dll and press Enter.
