Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OmgiiCOM.dll
2.Extract OmgiiCOM.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OmgiiCOM.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OmgiiCOM.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OmgiiCOM.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OmgiiCOM.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OmgiiCOM.dll and press Enter.
