Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OpenSpirit.NET2.dll
2.Extract OpenSpirit.NET2.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OpenSpirit.NET2.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OpenSpirit.NET2.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OpenSpirit.NET2.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OpenSpirit.NET2.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OpenSpirit.NET2.dll and press Enter.
