Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OraOLEDB10zht.dll
2.Extract OraOLEDB10zht.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OraOLEDB10zht.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OraOLEDB10zht.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OraOLEDB10zht.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OraOLEDB10zht.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OraOLEDB10zht.dll and press Enter.
