Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oasis2media13.dll
2.Extract oasis2media13.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract oasis2media13.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oasis2media13.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oasis2media13.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oasis2media13.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oasis2media13.dll and press Enter.
