Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OABackupRestore.resources.dll
2.Extract OABackupRestore.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OABackupRestore.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OABackupRestore.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OABackupRestore.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OABackupRestore.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OABackupRestore.resources.dll and press Enter.
