Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OEM08Scd.dll
2.Extract OEM08Scd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OEM08Scd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OEM08Scd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OEM08Scd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OEM08Scd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OEM08Scd.dll and press Enter.
