Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OPCWrapperDll.dll
2.Extract OPCWrapperDll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OPCWrapperDll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OPCWrapperDll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OPCWrapperDll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OPCWrapperDll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OPCWrapperDll.dll and press Enter.
