Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OSpdbApi.dll
2.Extract OSpdbApi.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OSpdbApi.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OSpdbApi.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OSpdbApi.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OSpdbApi.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OSpdbApi.dll and press Enter.
