Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OT802as.dll
2.Extract OT802as.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OT802as.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OT802as.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OT802as.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OT802as.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OT802as.dll and press Enter.
