Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OTPPCHS.dll
2.Extract OTPPCHS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OTPPCHS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OTPPCHS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OTPPCHS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OTPPCHS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OTPPCHS.dll and press Enter.
