Using the zip or rar file
1.Download o0j11k2b.dll
2.Extract o0j11k2b.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract o0j11k2b.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting o0j11k2b.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract o0j11k2b.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place o0j11k2b.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 o0j11k2b.dll and press Enter.
