Using the zip or rar file
1.Download o32seplk.dll
2.Extract o32seplk.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract o32seplk.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting o32seplk.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract o32seplk.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place o32seplk.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 o32seplk.dll and press Enter.
