Using the zip or rar file
1.Download og1101as.dll
2.Extract og1101as.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract og1101as.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting og1101as.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract og1101as.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place og1101as.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 og1101as.dll and press Enter.
