Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oglbaseres.dll
2.Extract oglbaseres.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract oglbaseres.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oglbaseres.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oglbaseres.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oglbaseres.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oglbaseres.dll and press Enter.
