Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oorwiz.dll
2.Extract oorwiz.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract oorwiz.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oorwiz.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oorwiz.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oorwiz.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oorwiz.dll and press Enter.
