Using the zip or rar file
1.Download opentlfilter.dll
2.Extract opentlfilter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract opentlfilter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting opentlfilter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract opentlfilter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place opentlfilter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 opentlfilter.dll and press Enter.
