Using the zip or rar file
1.Download optimesh.dll
2.Extract optimesh.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract optimesh.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting optimesh.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract optimesh.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place optimesh.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 optimesh.dll and press Enter.
