Using the zip or rar file 1.Download oq76clcn.dll
2.Extract oq76clcn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract oq76clcn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oq76clcn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oq76clcn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oq76clcn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oq76clcn.dll and press Enter.
